A long time Northwest musician & specialty food service equipment fabricator. He went on to earn a degree in Philosophy at Gonzaga University and now works as a Foodservice Consultant in Seattle, Washington. He has been using Revit for creating Foodservice documents for approx 5 years and is involved in setting the standards for this newly emerging field.
