A wonderful movie that I highly recommend, 'The Story of the Weeping Camel', was directed by a film student and is set in the Gobi Desert, Mongolia. It's slow at times but it's real-time, meaning that in real life some of the time people just sit around. It actually had a very soothing effect on me. Slowed me down.
